All four grandsons are here in Montana…Papa is having a ball!!! We'll get the pictures up on the web soon, I promise. It's hard to find time between the zoo, playing in the park, the sandbox…oh, you know. All excuses, but are we ever having fun! Here's a picture to enjoy for now…Papa K and his four grandsons!
37 Years!
Another year to tally up for OL' Dotty and Bernie… I mean YOUNG Dotty and Bernie! We kids are so lucky to have such great models of love. When I asked my father if he can really believe that it has been 37 years, he looked at my mother straight in the eyes and said so lovingly, “yes.” Okay, so that story is not “totally” true, but their sense of humor and love for each other has not waivered a bit! We wrote up a few questions for them to answer (“when did you know you wanted to marry the other?” “how did you propose?” “how many kegs were present?” etc…) and ate dinner learning more about them. It was a great time!
I blame the anesthesia
Well, it's been pretty busy around here as many of you know. Karen, Jerome and the boys arrived on the 18th and it's been gangbusters ever since! Karen is so good about “doing things” with the boys…I try to keep up with them. That is the challenge! I had some wonderful pictures to share…but “had” is the operative word. I saved them as a shortcut rather than a copy…bad idea. Especially since I very dutifully deleted them from the camera immediately after! Not such a good way to do things. I still blame it on the anesthesia–it takes a while to get out of your system!! I was able to save three–don't ask me how. Here they are. There will be better pictures later, I promise.
